2. Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before lighting.

5. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
6. Burn for no longer than four hours at a time and never leave a burning candle unattended.
7. Extinguish carefully, allow the wax to cool completely, and trim the wick again before the next use.

Safety: Keep away from children and pets. Never move the candle while lit or while the wax is hot. Stop using when approximately 1cm of wax remains.
